Compensation: $18.00

Key Responsibilities:
The Floor Maintenance Specialist is tasked with:
- Cleaning and maintaining flooring surfaces through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming, adhering to procedures for chemical cleaners and equipment to prevent damage.
- Stripping, sealing, finishing, and polishing floors to ensure optimal appearance and safety.
- Vacuuming carpeted areas and applying spot cleaning treatments as necessary.
- Operating vehicles as required for cleaning tasks, including vans and industrial trucks.
- Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience of 6 months in a similar role is preferred, along with familiarity in using a floor scrubber.
