Position Overview:
Healthcare Therapy Services is seeking dedicated Speech Language Pathologists to provide exceptional therapy services within a supportive skilled nursing environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a collaborative team focused on delivering quality care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
The Speech Language Pathologist will deliver therapy services on a PRN basis, ensuring that patient needs are met effectively. Responsibilities include:
- Flexible scheduling options that allow you to work according to your availability.
- Preferred weekday coverage to accommodate patient care during staff absences.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess an active Kentucky Speech Language Pathologist license or meet the qualifications necessary to obtain one. This includes:
- A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Successful completion of the Praxis II: Subject Assessment in Speech-Language Pathology exam.
- Fulfillment of state licensure requirements.
- Certification of Clinical Competence or supervision as a Clinical Fellow prior to obtaining CCCs.
