Position Overview

We are a dynamic healthcare facility focused on Functional Medicine, Wellness, and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. Our services also encompass Weight Management, treatment for Erectile Dysfunction, Nutritional Analysis, PRP procedures, and Aesthetic treatments. We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Medical Assistant (MA) with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain full licensure in the state of South Carolina.
  • Perform phlebotomy procedures effectively.
  • Administer Intramuscular (IM) and Subcutaneous (Sub-Q) injections.
  • Complete necessary documentation and follow-up communications.
  • Manage phone inquiries and scheduling duties.
  • Prepare examination rooms prior to patient visits.
  • Input and manage diagnostic test results accurately.
  • Provide patient education and counseling as needed.
  • Guide and instruct patients regarding prescribed treatment plans.
  • Respond promptly to patient inquiries.
  • Engage in ongoing training and educational opportunities.
  • Uphold confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and practice standards.
  • Participate in all company meetings and assist with clinic-related events.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, colleagues, and patients.
  • Work collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a positive and flexible attitude.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Exhibit a commitment to ethical practices, honesty, and integrity.

This role is designed for a full-time commitment, Monday through Friday, and is ideal for individuals passionate about enhancing patient well-being and delivering exceptional care.
