**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA techniques in-home and collecting data on client programs. You will also communicate effectively with team members and parents/clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**

* Implement 1:1 direct ABA techniques in-home and/or center and/or school settings
* Collect accurate ongoing data on client's programs
* Clear communication with all team members and parents/clients
* Compliance to all related company policies and procedures
* Attendance at staff meetings and trainings
