About the Role

This is a fully onsite position in San Diego,CA.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will serve as the hub of communication within our unit, responsible for answering call lines, communicating with nurses, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an up-to-date census list and accurately document patient information
  • Coordinate hospital follow-up appointments and ensure seamless transitions
  • Demonstrate efficiency and teamwork skills to navigate unique situations and meet deadlines
Requirements

We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of relevant HUC experience who possess:

  • Professional communication skills, including proactive communication and emotional maturity
  • Efficiency and time management abilities
  • Teamwork skills, including the ability to assist colleagues and proactively contribute to team goals
Education and Certification

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also mandatory. Microsoft Suite and Epic experience are highly valued.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $30.00-$35.00 per hour. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as critical illness, accident, and hospital insurance. We also offer a 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short-term disability, and transportation benefits.
