Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team as a Stretch Specialist. As a key member of our fitness team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality fitness programs to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver safe and effective assisted stretch and recovery programs for our members
  • Provide personalized coaching and guidance to help members achieve their fitness goals
  • Lead group fitness classes and workshops focused on stretch and recovery techniques
  • Assist with fitness floor operations and provide support to other fitness staff members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and industry developments to ensure our programs are always innovative and effective
Requirements
  • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent
  • Experience in assisted stretching and recovery techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform aerobic activities for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience as a personal trainer or fitness coach
  • Assisted Stretching Certification (AIS, FST, or similar)
  • Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or related field
