**Job Summary**

  • Provide site support and oversight for the electrical activities of the CHP Project, including reviewing planning, coordination, contractor deliverables, quality, functionality, and contract adherence.
  • Support the review and validation of the contractor's monthly claimed progress and assist in establishing and executing project-specific sub-contracting strategies, ensuring schedule, cost, and quality performance.
  • Assist the Construction Site Manager with site activities, site safety oversight, meetings, walk-downs, claim management, documentation, and reporting.
  • Monitor, control, and minimize project risks, ensuring project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
  • Collaborate with the contractor on mechanical works, ensuring timely invoicing, monitoring receivables, facilitating team and client meetings, and effectively communicating project information.
  • Monitor and inspect electrical works for progress, compliance, quality, safety, and environmental acceptance, and review and approve the contractor's erection/installation/commissioning work method statements and progress.
