Compensation: $23.00 / Hour (Full Time)
Work Schedule: Tuesday - Friday (11 p.m. - 7 a.m.)
Location: Kailua Kona, HI

As a Security Specialist, you will protect and serve clients across various sectors, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, adhering to site-specific guidelines, and executing emergency response actions when necessary.
- Address incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding areas. Be prepared for varying work environments and conditions based on client needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions; 21+ years for armed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Applicants will undergo a background check in compliance with all applicable laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in accordance with legal standards.
- Applicants may be required to complete a drug screening as permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements may vary based on state and local regulations and may need to be fulfilled prior to employment. A valid driver's license is necessary for driving positions only.
