We are seeking a highly skilled Membership Clerk to join our team at Costco. As a key member of our membership services team, you will be responsible for processing member sign-ups, renewals, and added cards. You will also provide exceptional customer service, instructing members and potential members about our membership, warehouse, and credit programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process member sign-ups, renewals, and added cards
- Instruct members and potential members about membership, warehouse, and credit programs
- Assist members regarding item availability
- Issue replacement and temporary cards, key credit applications
