- Payment Requisitions: Process, submit, and record payment requisitions for all funding sources on a monthly, quarterly, and as needed basis.
- Customer Invoicing and Collections: Create and process customer invoices and manage collections of Accounts Receivable.
- Lockbox Receipts: Record and process daily lockbox receipts.
- Month-End Duties: Perform month-end duties, including journal entries.
- Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Maintain documentation and requirements according to funding regulations and requirements.
- Process Improvement: Adhere to procedures and policies and make recommendations on process improvement.
- Annual Audit: Work with Finance management on annual audit.
- Confidentiality: Must maintain confidentiality.
- GAAP and GASB Compliance: Ensure compliance with GAAP & GASB principles.
- Education: Must have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
