Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages, providing one-on-one care and rehabilitation services in the client's home. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patients' physical abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement interventions to help them achieve their goals. You will also work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assess patients' physical function and mobility
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs and goals
* Provide hands-on therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
* Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and self-care strategies
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes

Qualifications:
* Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio
* Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
