Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the efficiency of our production processes. This role is responsible for monitoring production, scanning procedures, and making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal output.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Monitor production metrics and make adjustments as needed
  • Lead daily meetings with employees to discuss goals and objectives
  • Ensure proper safety equipment is available and used by employees
  • Work with the Quality Control department to ensure product quality and food safety
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
  • Participate in disciplinary procedures with hourly employees
Requirements
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Knowledge of beef cuts and production processes
  • Bilingual a plus, but not required
Working Conditions

This role requires frequent exposure to knives, hot water, and production machinery. Physical demands include a great deal of walking and stair climbing in a fast-paced environment.
