We are a leading cannabis cultivator in Illinois, dedicated to providing high-quality products to patients throughout the state. Our cultivation center in Delavan is a state-of-the-art facility that requires a team of skilled and dedicated professionals to maintain its cleanliness and efficiency.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Custodian to join our team at our Delavan cultivation center. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, including the cultivation area, offices, and break rooms. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will have the chance to make a real impact on the success of our company.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain the cultivation center, including the cultivation area, offices, and break rooms
  • Empty desks and office trash on a daily basis
  • Clean the mens and womens bathrooms on a daily basis
  • Stock supplies for bathrooms and break rooms
  • Perform errands as assigned by office personnel

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement of 21
  • Passion for cannabis
  • Great attitude and ability to follow direction
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Attention to Detail
  • Sanitation
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Must successfully pass a thorough internal and external background check, including a criminal history check by the State Police and FBI
  • Must obtain a Cultivation Center Agent Card from the IL Department of Agriculture
