Job Title: Team Lead

Job Summary:

The Team Lead will oversee the coordination of behavioral treatment for youth in treatment foster care homes, working collaboratively with certification, treatment foster parents, probation officers, and stakeholders. This role requires strong case management and treatment planning skills, as well as the ability to facilitate Treatment Foster Parent and Clinical meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate skills training, individual and family therapy for assigned cases.
  • Direct weekly clinical team and foster parent support meetings.
  • Provide case management to program youth and families within an empirically supported treatment protocol and fidelity standards.
  • Provide 24-hour on-call telephone support for participating treatment foster parents and program youth.
  • Involved with adherence to all contractual obligations and applicable county, state, and other regulations, including record keeping and case documentation.
  • Coordinate contacts with schools, probation departments, mental health agencies, child welfare, and other relevant community entities.
  • Work with other agency team members in on-going, agency-level quality improvement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Social service staff requirements include experience with treatment and case management of families, children, and adolescents.
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university with major study in social work/behavioral science or a closely allied field and one year of experience in the care and treatment of children or young adults, preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a treatment team and promote a positive work environment.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable car, and adequate automobile liability insurance.
  • Experience with a behavioral approach to treating troubled youth, youth in foster care, and/or intensive in-home service models.
  • Experience with the administrative components of treatment (case documentation).

Salary/Wage:

$85,000 - $100,000 annual salary (DOE).
