The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 based on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY. As a Registered Nurse at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve residents' quality of life, health, and comfort.
Responsibilities include:
- Participating in administrative functions such as making written and oral reports/recommendations to the Director and other personnel
- Consulting with residents, their families, and resident physicians in planning care
- Observing and reporting changes in resident's condition
- Ensuring the nursing personnel providing direct nursing care are qualified to perform the procedures
- Inspecting the nursing service treatment areas daily to ensure that they are maintained in a clean and safe manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in New York State
- Previous experience in long-term care
- Previous experience with Point Click Care
