We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Part-Time Budtender (Cannabis Patient Care Specialist) to join our team at N'Bliss Powered by Proper Cannabis in Festus, MO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient experiences by creating a positive and memorable experience for every customer.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all dispensary products and medicinal qualities.
  • Inquire about potential issues and educate customers on available products that may achieve their desired outcome.
  • Tailor product recommendations to meet customer needs in compliance with state law.
  • Process dispensary sales efficiently and accurately, including entering sales orders into the POS system and maintaining accurate cash counts.
  • Complete administrative duties, such as attending team meetings and maintaining the cleanliness of the dispensary.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years in retail and guest services
  • Passion for medical cannabis
  • Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service oriented and team centered
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to gain and maintain a thorough understanding of medicinal implications and effects of strains
