At Encompass Health, we're committed to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes. As a Rehab Liaison, you'll play a vital role in building strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and patients to drive business growth and improve patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted business plans to drive census growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and patients
  • Assist with coordination of the referral-to-admission process to ensure seamless transitions
  • Represent Encompass Health in community-related activities and events
  • Use market analysis data to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Recognize and respond to barriers to admission, ensuring timely and effective follow-up
  • Provide educational in-services and presentations to referral sources, community groups, and others on Encompass Health's services, programs, and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Extensive understanding of healthcare operations, legal guidelines, competitive analysis, and marketplace trends
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Two or more years of experience as a clinician or tech within a healthcare environment preferred
  • One or more years of experience as a nurse liaison or successful sales experience within a healthcare setting preferred
  • Current state professional licensure essential
  • Current CPR certification preferred
  • CRRN preferred
  • Current driver's license in state of employment and acceptable driving record required
