As a Sleep Expert at Mattress Firm, you will be eligible for a performance-based bonus after six months of employment. Additionally, we invest heavily in employee growth opportunities through training programs.

You can expect an estimated salary range between $50,000 and $65,000 based on industry standards and market conditions.
