  • Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients and create tailored rehabilitation plans
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to enhance patients' mobility and reduce discomfort
  • Instruct patients on at-home rehabilitation exercises and self-management strategies
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care
  • Ensure precise patient documentation and record-keeping
Qualifications

  • In-depth understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical vocabulary
  • Prior experience in outpatient, inpatient, or acute care environments is advantageous
  • Specialized expertise in areas such as trigger point therapy, pediatric care, or community health is a benefit
  • Current Physical Therapy license in the relevant state
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Empathetic approach to patient interactions
