Job Summary:
A skilled plumber serves the clients of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a commitment to professionalism and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize Straight Forward Pricing correctly on each call
• Wear floor savers while in the client's home and maintain a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
• Test each aspect of the job before leaving a home to ensure everything is working properly
• Explain each service performed to the client and ensure they are 100% satisfied with all work
• Convey a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times

Requirements:
• Junior Plumbers are considered training/apprentice level and typically do not operate their own truck
• Lead/Master Plumbers are considered senior level and typically operate their own truck
• Lead & Junior Plumbers must have applicable certifications and licensing required by their state of residence
