Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Engineer, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, working closely with our software development teams to deliver successful customer outcomes. You'll also be responsible for communicating technical action plans to Support/customers and documenting bug descriptions for development.
Key Responsibilities- Triage, replicate, and resolve production issues that involve troubleshooting complex technical problems

- Document bug descriptions for development to an accurate level of detail
- Write and maintain code/scripts that will increase our ability to find solutions quickly, reduce the time needed to investigate customer issues, and automate administrative tasks
We're looking for someone with a strong background in cloud technologies, including AWS or equivalent. You should also have experience with Windows operating system at a deep level, including systems administration at an enterprise scale. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of networking/internet protocols and experience with troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, Fiddler, process monitors, etc.
