Williamson Health is looking for a dedicated and proficient Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional healthcare services to our patients. Role Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for the coordination, planning, and execution of nursing care with precision and timeliness.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a nursing diploma or degree from an accredited institution
  • Valid nursing license in the State of Tennessee
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of employment
  • Additional certifications may be required for specific departments, including Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI)

Experience Required:

  • Experience in Adult Medical Surgical Patient Care
  • Experience in Pediatric Patient Care
  • Experience in Critical Care Patient Management

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Capable of prolonged standing and working up to twelve hours per shift
  • Able to lift weights up to 250 lbs with assistance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments
  • Develop individualized patient care plans
  • Administer medications, solutions, and treatments safely in accordance with established protocols
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
