We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the PACU department at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center.
Job SummaryThis is a variable shift RN position that requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. As a PACU nurse, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients recovering from surgery, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in patient care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- One (1) year Nursing experience.
