Job Title: Commercial Underwriter - Financial Analyst

Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Description:

This role is responsible for performing financial analysis and underwriting for Commercial Real Estate loan transactions. You will provide clear, concise, and accurate financial analysis and risk assessment for new and existing clients.

You will effectively interact and build collaborative relationships with commercial relationship managers, credit officers, administrative assistants, loan operations colleagues, appraisers, and examiners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Commercial real estate credit or appraisal experience required
• Expertise in accounting and legal principles relating to commercial lending
• Strong analytical, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Pleasant interpersonal skills and effective communication skills
• Able to travel occasionally to other offices or client locations
• Bachelor's degree in business with a major in finance or accounting
