Sales Training:

Compensation:
Our sales professionals enjoy a competitive income potential ranging from $40,000 to $65,000 annually, with top performers earning over $100,000. At Del Sol Furniture & Mattress, we believe in combining professionalism with a fun work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients in selecting furniture that meets their needs.
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while engaging with customers.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
- Uphold high ethical standards in all interactions.

Qualifications:
- Energetic and self-motivated individual with strong communication skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
- Previous sales experience in related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
