• Prepare and cook a variety of hot buffet items, including carving and display cooking products, according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
• Ensure that all food products are fresh, hot, and of high quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to local health department laws and Golden Corral standards.
• Collaborate with the buffet attendant and carver to ensure seamless service and efficient food production.
• Conduct opening and closing administrative procedures, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.

• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
