The Automated Assembly Operator (AAO) plays a vital role in driving business growth. This position requires manual support for assembly duties, material transactions, inspection, and packaging of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate automated assembly machines and perform machine setup and operation
  • Manage production flow, including material handling and Epicor paperwork
  • Provide manual support for assembly duties, material transactions, inspection, and packaging
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-year related work experience preferred
  • Basic Computer Skills, including data entry and general knowledge
  • Ability to operate basic hand tools and follow written and oral instructions
  • Strong reading and math skills
  • Able to work independently and as a member of a team
Physical Demands
  • Lift packages up to 50 pounds
  • Walk long distances repeatedly throughout the day
  • Stand/Walk 8+ hours per day
  • Climb step stools/small ladders
