We're seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional pharmacy services to our consumers and clinic partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a great consumer and clinic partner experience by building strong relationships and meeting their needs.
  • Serve as an expert to the clinical staff and proactively meet with them to discuss clinical outcomes.
  • Counsel and educate patients on medication usage, adverse effects, and schedules.
  • Ensure the pharmacy and team members follow policies and standards in accordance with state and federal laws.
  • Perform wellness services such as immunizations and flu shots.
  • Responsible for financial profitability and identifies opportunities to drive growth in the pharmacy.
  • Motivate, develop, and coach pharmacy staff to ensure they're meeting their potential and delivering exceptional service.
  • Create an engaging team environment that promotes compassion and models our core values and culture.
  • Proactively promote opportunities and recruit top talent at our pharmacies.
  • Reviews key performance indicators with pharmacy staff and identifies trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct workforce planning and business planning to ensure operational excellence at the site.
  • Build strong relationships with the community, stakeholders, and clinic partners to ensure we're meeting all needs and promoting the pharmacy business.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
  • Current pharmacist's license in the state of Montana.
  • Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire.
  • Willing to administer LAI's.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of pharmacy leadership experience.
