**Job Title:** School-Based Occupational Therapist

**Job Summary:** Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to work in a school setting, providing essential services to students with unique needs.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with students, teachers, and parents to assess and address individual needs
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, and overall functional abilities
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, either individually or in group settings, aligned with educational goals
  • Modify classroom environments and recommend adaptive equipment or assistive technology as necessary to support students' participation and success
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and participate in team meetings and IEP discussions

**Requirements:**

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license
  • Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Passion for working with children and a strong desire to make a positive impact in a school-based setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques and approaches based on unique needs and abilities
