Magna is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at the Spring Hill Seating Systems facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining safe working conditions, following all Safety Rules, and ensuring compliance with Company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Follow all Plant Standards and SHSS policies and procedures
- Ensure awareness of correct and safe equipment operation
- Perform all duties assigned relative to the assembly of seats and seat components
- Complete job tasks within cycle time allotted to each task
Requirements:
- Minimum completion of grade 12, post-secondary education preferred
- Minimum 3 years working experience with 1 year of related experience in a manufacturing facility
- Able to perform all assembly operations in the line rotation at line speed
- Good organizational skills, ability to work independently and on a team
