Job Overview

We are seeking a Penetration Tester with expertise in identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities within various systems.

Core Working Hours: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Security Clearance: CI or FSP required

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform internal penetration tests and vulnerability assessments on servers, web applications, web services, and databases.
  • Manually exploit vulnerabilities in operating systems, web applications, and databases.
  • Analyze results from web and OS scanners, as well as static source code evaluations.
  • Identify security weaknesses, misconfigurations, and compliance gaps.
  • Draft comprehensive reports and defend findings, including risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and references.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders, including developers, system administrators, project managers, and senior government officials.
  • Provide security recommendations tailored for developers, system administrators, project managers, and senior government officials.
  • Document vulnerabilities discovered during security evaluations.
  • Create penetration testing Rules of Engagement (RoE), Test Plans, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Conduct security reviews, technical research, and reporting to enhance security defense mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with NIST and Risk Management Framework is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications: CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CPT (Certified Penetration Tester).
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Experience with AWS Cloud Security is advantageous.
