Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical-Energy Technology: Manage and maintain medium and low voltage systems, UPS, emergency power systems, automatic doors and gates, and conveyor systems.
  • Integration and Planning: Integrate building services objects into our new FM system and participate in the planning, design, and implementation of measures for new construction, renovation, modernization, or repair of building services facilities.
  • Contract Management: Obtain quotes, issue repair orders, conduct inspections, monitor and coordinate external contractors, and verify invoices.
  • Energy Efficiency: Identify and implement measures to increase efficiency and promote resource-saving energy use in the field of building services.
