Job Title: Travel LPN - Behavioral Health Inpatient

We are seeking a skilled Travel LPN to join our team at a reputable healthcare facility. As a Travel LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced inpatient behavioral health setting.

Job Summary:

This is a 13-week travel LPN assignment with a variable shift schedule, including every other weekend. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in behavioral health and a strong understanding of Epic charting systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to individuals with mental health and substance abuse disorders
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Float to other units as needed, within scope of practice and below
Requirements:
  • Current LPN license in the state of practice
  • At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health
  • Experience with Epic charting systems
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification preferred
