Job Title: Field Case Manager

Genex Services is seeking a skilled Field Case Manager to join our team. As a Field Case Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that injured workers receive the necessary care and support to return to work safely and effectively.

Job Summary:

The Field Case Manager will work closely with treating physicians, employers, and customers to create and implement treatment plans that promote maximum medical recovery and return to work. This role requires strong communication and advocacy skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the needs of injured workers and employers
  • Collaborate with treating physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure that injured workers receive the necessary care and support
  • Communicate effectively with employers and customers to ensure that they are informed and engaged throughout the recovery process
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines as needed
  • Provide education and support to injured workers and their families to promote healthy behaviors and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • 2+ years of clinical experience, preferably in workers' compensation or case management
  • Strong communication and advocacy skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
