Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer to support the start-up of a new manufacturing facility in North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing control systems, programming PLCs, and providing technical support to junior engineers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement control systems for manufacturing processes
  • Program PLCs using Allen Bradley and Siemens S7 software
  • Provide technical support to junior engineers and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth facility start-up
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in automation engineering, with a focus on PLC programming and control systems design
  • Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley and Siemens S7 software
  • Experience with SCADA systems, such as Ignition, IFIX, and Wonderware
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
