Role Responsibilities

  • Media Sales accounts
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Ex-employee collections

Key duties include:

  • Processing order releases from credit holds
  • Compiling credit and collection reports for management review
  • Assessing the creditworthiness of potential business partners through detailed financial analysis
  • Recommending suitable credit limits based on thorough evaluations
  • Addressing delinquent account statuses
  • Conducting account and payment reconciliations
  • Collecting on assigned overdue accounts

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in credit and collections

Skills Required
Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic professional environment
  • Experience managing high-volume billing transactions
  • Proficiency in analytical reporting and data analysis
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of Pivot Tables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP functions, and familiarity with Macros
  • Strong interpretative skills for technical and non-technical documents
