We are seeking a skilled and reliable Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes in the Brighton, Thornton, and Northglenn area.

About the Opportunity

This is a part-time position with competitive weekly pay and travel time reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to work independently, utilizing your skills and expertise to create personalized treatment plans for each patient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients
  • Provide evidence-based interventions and therapies to promote patient recovery and well-being
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and planning
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
Requirements
  • Current Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Colorado
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in home health care
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
