Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage assigned territory to achieve annual goals
- Develop and leverage relationships with key affiliate stakeholders
- Educate members, affiliate leaders, and staff about NEA MB programs and solutions
- Track results of engagement with members and affiliates and report to management
- Continuously explore new ways to connect with and engage members to drive program participation and revenue growth
- Integrate NEA MB activities into affiliate strategies and assist in organizing, membership engagement, and retention
- Partner with NEA departments to deliver association programs and services
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or 8-10 years of experience with affinity groups and the education marketplaces
- Strong marketing and/or organizing background
- Demonstrated track record of high productivity and adherence to work standards
- Knowledge of investment, insurance, and credit products
- Proven experience conducting effective meetings that identify and grow business opportunities
- Intermediate skill level using MS Office Suite
Additional Considerations
- Exempt position
- Position is based out of the incumbent's home with 60% of time spent traveling
- Valid driver's license required
- Position requires attendance at association meetings on weekends and in the evening
- This is an On-Site position and selected candidate needs to reside in the State of California
