Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage assigned territory to achieve annual goals
  • Develop and leverage relationships with key affiliate stakeholders
  • Educate members, affiliate leaders, and staff about NEA MB programs and solutions
  • Track results of engagement with members and affiliates and report to management
  • Continuously explore new ways to connect with and engage members to drive program participation and revenue growth
  • Integrate NEA MB activities into affiliate strategies and assist in organizing, membership engagement, and retention
  • Partner with NEA departments to deliver association programs and services

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or 8-10 years of experience with affinity groups and the education marketplaces
  • Strong marketing and/or organizing background
  • Demonstrated track record of high productivity and adherence to work standards
  • Knowledge of investment, insurance, and credit products
  • Proven experience conducting effective meetings that identify and grow business opportunities
  • Intermediate skill level using MS Office Suite

Additional Considerations

  • Exempt position
  • Position is based out of the incumbent's home with 60% of time spent traveling
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Position requires attendance at association meetings on weekends and in the evening
  • This is an On-Site position and selected candidate needs to reside in the State of California
