Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Critical Care Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting opportunity in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This role is designed for experienced professionals looking to enhance their career while providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality nursing care in the ICU setting.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms and managing cardiac drips.
- Providing care for patients requiring cardiac interventions, including radial and groin PCI access.
- Administering temporary pacing as needed.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in both ICU and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting cardiac rhythms.
- Prior experience in cardiac care is essential.
- Experience with bleed management techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including 12-hour night shifts.
Employment Type: Travel Nursing
This position offers a competitive pay package based on a 12-hour shift schedule with a commitment of 36 hours per week. Additional benefits may include tax-free stipends, subject to confirmation.
