We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Restoration Specialist to join our team at Rainbow Restoration. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing restoration services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Follow established remediation and restoration procedures to ensure the safe and efficient cleanup of customer properties.
- Operate and maintain company equipment, including personal protective equipment.
- Collect and record detailed documentation of job sites, including photos, notes, and videos.
- Communicate effectively with property owners, providing empathy and exceptional customer service.
- Perform minor demolition tasks as required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to walk/stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
- Ability to wear respiratory equipment and personal protective equipment.
- Availability to work after hours and on rotation for emergency calls.
