Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Toyota Alabama. As a key member of our General Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure seamless operation of the facility.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
  • Industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs and CNC machines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; electrical degree or certification preferred.
