We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Residential ABA Instructor to join our team at Upstate Caring Partners. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality applied behavior analysis services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and evaluate behavioral assessment measures and techniques to ensure effective treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized goals and objectives for home-, community-, and center-based programs.
- Teach program staff on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans.
- Conduct training and consultation to residential programs or other programs as directed by the AVP of Applied Behavior Services.
- Participate in community activities and demonstrate good community citizenship.
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Acceptance into BCBA course sequence within the first 6 months of employment and enrollment in BCBA course sequence within the first 12 months of employment.
- Or has completed BCBA coursework and is obtaining supervision hours.
- 2 years of relevant experience in a related field.
- Valid New York State Driver's License.
