Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and evaluate behavioral assessment measures and techniques to ensure effective treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement individualized goals and objectives for home-, community-, and center-based programs.
  • Teach program staff on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans.
  • Conduct training and consultation to residential programs or other programs as directed by the AVP of Applied Behavior Services.
  • Participate in community activities and demonstrate good community citizenship.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Acceptance into BCBA course sequence within the first 6 months of employment and enrollment in BCBA course sequence within the first 12 months of employment.
  • Or has completed BCBA coursework and is obtaining supervision hours.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in a related field.
  • Valid New York State Driver's License.
