Maintenance Specialist

As a Maintenance Technician at Daikin, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production, shipping, and facility equipment. This includes repairing, maintaining, and rebuilding electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Coordinate maintenance processes with the production department to minimize disruptions to production output and packaging.
• Respond to calls from production, shipping employees, and management to make repairs and address equipment issues.
• Perform established preventative maintenance programs to prevent equipment failures and downtime.
• Assist with new equipment installation and provide training to production staff on equipment operation and maintenance.
