Job Summary

The Pacific Air Forces is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Worker Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the maintenance and repair of our facilities, equipment, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance and repair activities to ensure timely completion and minimize disruptions to operations.
  • Supervise and direct maintenance workers to ensure they have the necessary tools, equipment, and training to perform their duties safely and effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and grounds to identify potential maintenance needs and develop plans to address them.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with other operational functions.
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repair activities to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance and repair activities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
