Primary Duties:

  • Oversee the administration of contracts and projects, ensuring seamless communication and documentation between the sales and production teams.
  • Analyze contracts and project scopes to guarantee that all stakeholders are informed and aligned on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Maintain and manage data within CRM platforms and production documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Engage with clients and on-site personnel to arrange fieldwork, confirming that all logistical elements are prepared for effective project implementation.
  • Efficiently allocate time and resources to meet project timelines and fulfill client expectations.
  • Inform production teams of forthcoming site visits, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary information.
  • Organize travel logistics for fieldwork, including the arrangement of flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare and reconcile travel expenses for Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure precise billing and reporting.
  • Manage client expectations concerning deliverables, timelines, and other project-related aspects, ensuring consistent and clear communication.

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and spreadsheet management.
  • Capability to interpret and manage contracts and project scopes effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving skills.
