Academic Physiatrist

VitalCaring is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Texarkana. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing coordinated care to patients of all age groups.

• Evaluate and assess patients to determine their appropriateness for care
• Develop patient-specific care plans with the appropriate level and frequency of care
• Communicate with the care team, physician, payors, patients, and families to address care needs and fulfill the patient's care plan
• Deliver high-quality skilled care and supervise the care of other care team members
• Document care delivery daily in our EMR system

• Current Physical Therapist License, valid state driver's license, and auto liability insurance
• One year of experience as a physical therapist in an acute care, rehabilitation, or home health setting preferred
