About Us:
Lamoille Health Partners has been serving the people of Lamoille County since 2006. Our mission is to help individuals live their best lives by providing premier, comprehensive healthcare for everyone. As a non-profit health and wellness provider, we achieved Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) status in 2008, making us the only FQHC in Lamoille County. We offer a range of services, including pediatrics, dentistry, and pharmacy.

Responsibilities:
  As a Pediatric Office Nurse RN/LPN, you will be responsible for:
    • Greeting patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
    • Assisting healthcare providers with patient care, including taking vital signs and preparing examination rooms
    • Performing administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and updating patient records
    • Coordinating communication between patients, providers, and other healthcare professionals
    • Assisting with patient education and health promotion initiatives
    • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
    • Staying up-to-date on healthcare protocols and procedures specific to an FQHC setting

Qualifications:
  To be successful in this role, you must have:
    • A Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) degree
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in an FQHC or community health center
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
