Responsibilities:- Assist clients with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and snacks for clients
- Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients, such as reading, watching movies, or playing games
- Assist clients with light housekeeping and laundry
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Communicate with families and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in home care or a related field preferred
- Ability to pass a background screening
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
