Job Overview:
We are currently seeking skilled Mechanical Assembly Technicians to join our innovative engineering team on a temporary contract basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your mechanical and electronic assembly skills in a dynamic environment.

Contract Details:
This is a 2-month contract position with competitive pay and full benefits. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct electro-mechanical assembly of specified products using provided tools.
- Enter serialized part tracking information into proprietary software.
- Perform minor visual inspections of components and products as necessary.
- Report any emerging failure trends to Leads and Supervisors.
- Execute tasks as directed by written and verbal instructions.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of one year of assembly experience is essential.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment is necessary.

Skills Required:
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient manual dexterity for mechanical assembly tasks.
- Effective communication skills for reporting assembly issues.
- Competent computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.

Preferred Attributes:
- Previous experience in the electronic monitoring sector is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:
This position is based in an indoor industrial setting with minimal exposure to extreme temperatures. Physical activities include standing, walking, bending, light lifting, and limited stretching and reaching. Candidates must be able to pass a drug screening as permitted by law.
