About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As an Acute Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer dialysis treatments, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT)
  • Monitor patient vital signs, laboratory results, and other relevant data to ensure optimal care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • Experience in intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg) settings preferred
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus
